As President and Director of Grupo La Mansión for more than 25 years, he personally led the conceptualization, development and operation of more than 65 Restaurants and Bars. During his tenure, he introduced and managed following brands: La Mansion, Casa Avila, La Goleta, Cucara Macará, Las Chalupas, Bar Sala 21, Ruby Tuesday, Cantucci, and Casino Metropolis).
As Chief Operating Officer of the International Meal Company, (IMC Traded as Bovespa: MEAL 3BZ) he was responsible for the operation of 112 Restaurants in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Former President of the Mexican National Association, Co founder of Directors of Restaurant Chains Association AC, among other Restaurants Institutions.
