We are an American company (Restaurants USA LLC) based in Florida, with more than 40+ years of experience in the Restaurant Industry, conceptualizing, developing and operating successful Restaurants and Bars, primarily in the United States and Mexico markets.

Our team has operated and owned a wide variety of Restaurants from fast food to fine dining cuisines and concepts including Steakhouse, Cuban, Latin, Mexican, Tex-mex, Burgers, Sports bar, Japanese, Spanish, Seafood, Italian, Taquerias, Cafeterias, bowling alleys and more.

Our team has worked with or been partners with these brands: La Mansion, Casa Avila, La Goleta, Ginos, Cucara Macara, Ruby Tuesday, Carl’s Jr, Margaritaville, J&C Delicias, auntie Annie’s, and others.

Jorge Fernandez-Alonso

Restaurant Entrepreneur with 40+ years of experience directing multiple projects in several countries, mainly in the United States and Mexico, including openings, mergers & acquisitions, development and operations. As President and Director of Grupo La Mansión for more than 25 years, he personally led the conceptualization, development and operation of more than 65 Restaurants and Bars. During his tenure, he introduced and managed following brands: La Mansion, Casa Avila, La Goleta, Cucara Macará, Las Chalupas, Bar Sala 21, Ruby Tuesday, Cantucci, and Casino Metropolis).

As Chief Operating Officer of the International Meal Company, (IMC Traded as Bovespa: MEAL 3BZ) he was responsible for the operation of 112 Restaurants in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Former President of the Mexican National Association, Co founder of Directors of Restaurant Chains Association AC, among other Restaurants Institutions.

Sergio Salmón Franz

Founder of Grupo Caserío. Restaurateur with 43 years of experience in major hotel and restaurant companies.

Grupo Caserío is a project that began 30 years ago in the Bajío region of Mexico, where various hospitality brands have been developed, conceptualized, and operated, including restaurants, bars, and entertainment centers. The focus has always been on creating successful and unique concepts, tailored to the space and audience.

He has served on various public and private councils aimed at developing the tourism and gastronomic community in Querétaro and Guanajuato.

As a teacher and speaker, he has contributed to the development of future generations in the industry. Throughout his career, he has received multiple national and international awards for the quality of his operations.

Between 2014 and 2019, he served as State President of the Restaurant Chamber and as Advisor to the Tourism Secretariat of Guanajuato and Querétaro.
